At Sootirang, we value your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not provide refunds. We only allow exchanges in case of size issues.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues.

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

Customized or altered products.

Discounted or sale items (unless mentioned otherwise).

Items not returned in their original condition.

3. Exchange Process

Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us.

After inspection, we will send you the replacement in your requested size.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We will bear the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
